Awareness-raising session on the importance of quality sleep in the lives of teenagers.


Recipients
Parents and guardians, teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as other interested adults.

Goals
  • Remember the importance of sleep in the lives of teenagers.
  • Relate the quantity/quality of sleep with academic success and the social well-being of young people.
  • Reflect on good sleep hygiene practices.
