Parents and guardians of students covered by the School Social Action (Echelon A and B) who must contact the Administrative Services - School Social Action, without fail, from October 25th to November 29th, 2022, in order to deliver the respective purchase invoices for the school supplies of your student, on the following days and times:

Tuesdays
: from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm;

Thursdays:
from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT:
- Original invoice for the purchase of school supplies with the student's or one of the parents' NIF;
- Official document indicating the IBAN/NIB (Bank Identification Number) of the Parent.
Subsequently, following guidance from the Ministry of Education, guardians will be reimbursed the amounts to which they are entitled.
Any documentation delivered after the deadline indicated above may result in non-reimbursement of expenses incurred.
- Pre-School Education and 1st Cycle of Basic Education -
The School Social Action for children in Pre-School Education and students in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education is the responsibility of the Mafra City Council, requiring registration on the municipality's own form.
