SCHOOL SOCIAL ACTION (ASE)


→ Pre-School Education and 1st Cycle of Basic Education
School Social Action for these levels of education and teaching is the responsibility of the Municipality of Mafra, and it is necessary to (re)register on specific forms, available at this entity's service points or at
https://www.cm-mafra.pt/p/acao_social_escolar.

→ 5th to 8th Year of School 9th Year (Not approved)

Provide annual proof of your position in the Family Benefit award categories by sending the document issued by the Social Security services (
dated 2024) or, in the case of a Public Administration worker, by the processing service, for the email sa.ase@aemafra.edu.pt , within the deadline indicated for renewal of registration.



CARD PHOTOGRAPHY


Students attending for the first time Mafra Basic School (5th Year and other transferred years) must, after publication of the list of admitted students, to send a digitalized passport photograph duly identified with the student's full name and year of schooling , until August 9, 2024 , by email to foto@aemafra.edu.pt . This photograph is intended for issuing the Student Card.


CLASS CONSTITUTION


A constitution of classes for the school year 2024/2025 of all levels of education and teaching, of all educational and teaching establishments in this group of schools, will only be posted and advertised at the beginning of September of this year, in the respective education and teaching establishments.


FAMILY SUPPORT COMPONENT (CAF)


The services of the Family Support Component for students in Pre-School Education and 1st Cycle of Basic Education are the responsibility of the Municipality and include the meal supply (lunches), the extension of hours (from 7:30 am to 8:00 am and from 3:30 pm/5:30 pm to 7:00 pm) and the activities during school interruptions (Christmas, Carnival, Easter and summer).

RETURN OF DIGITAL SCHOOL EQUIPMENT


Guardians of students who have completed the 9th year of schooling and the students from the remaining years who requested a transfer to another school must deliver, in Administrative Services during the office hours , the Digital School equipment made available to them, namely:
