RETURN OF DIGITAL SCHOOL EQUIPMENT 2023/2024
With the end of the academic year, it becomes necessary to return the equipment made available to students within the scope of the Digital School Program.
Therefore, they must necessarily return Digital School equipment available to them, the following students:
- Students who complete the 9th year of schooling;
- Students of any school year who request a transfer to another school.
Students in the 4th year of schooling who attend the 5th year at Escola Básica de Mafra must maintain their equipment during the transition to the fifth year.
Equipment to be returned:
- Computer;
- Computer transformer/charger;
- Connectivity equipment (Hotspot, when external to the computer, with respective cable and charger);
- SIM card and its box (with card frame and PIN and PUK codes);
- Schoolbag;
- Headphones with microphone;
- Complete cardboard packaging.
Previously, guardians must:
- Remove from the computer all personal data and programs installed by the user, as well as any access accounts (such as Microsoft accounts or others) and files authored by the user;
- Carry out prior cleaning of the equipment, following the cleaning precautions appropriate to the type of equipment;
- Make available the computer access or login passwords (if applicable).
When returning:
- Parents must present the respective Equipment Delivery Report;
- The equipment will be checked by an employee as to its condition and functioning.
> NOTE
Failure to return Digital School equipment or its return in poor condition or inoperable prevents the granting of this type of support in the following academic year.
